Modern houses and cabins on 12 acres of space to enjoy - including a grassy field for practicing baseball, basketball hoop, swing set, horseshoe pit and fire pits.

All units have WiFi and TVs with sports channels. Outside, guests can relax on their covered porch or open deck and enjoy outdoor dining with a private gas grill and picnic tables.

Guests are welcome to host one well-supervised team party.

Cabins 1, 2, 3 & 4:

 Beautiful chalet style cabins that sleep 7 persons with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.

​ Large kitchen with seating for 6 and dishwasher.  Master BR with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Queen size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. A sleep sofa for 2 persons is in the great room. Main bath with a tub/shower combo and stacked washer and dryer.

Hilltop Cabin A:

 Cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabin that sleeps 5 persons.  A small kitchen and living and dining areas that seat 5. Large deck is perfect for enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the southern Mohawk Valley hills. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Full size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. Guests are free to use the washer and dryer in an adjacent shed.

 

Features of the Ranch House:

 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 9 persons. Large living area with foosball and air hockey tables, kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, and separate dining room. The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed and a Twin size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Full size bed. The living area has a sleep sofa for 2 persons. Main bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Ranch House also has a washer and dryer.
