Modern houses and cabins on 12 acres of space to enjoy - including grassy fields for playing ball, basketball hoop, swing set, and 2 fire pits.

All units have Air Conditioning, WiFi and TVs with sports channels. We provide bed linens, towels and kitchenware. Outside, guests can relax on their covered porch or open deck and enjoy outdoor dining with a private gas grill and picnic table.

Guests are welcome to host one well-supervised team party.

Cabins 1, 2, 3 and 4:

 Beautiful chalet style cabins that sleep 7 persons with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.

​ Large kitchen with seating for 6 and dishwasher.  Master BR with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Queen size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. A sleep sofa for 2 persons is in the great room. Main bath with a tub/shower combo and stacked washer and dryer.

Hilltop Cabins A and B:

 Cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabins that sleep 5 persons.  A small kitchen and living and dining areas that seat 5. Large deck is perfect for enjoying spectacular panoramic views of Double Play Cabins' grounds and the southern Mohawk Valley hills. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Full size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. Guests are free to use the washers and dryers in the shed between Hilltop Cabins A and B.

The Ranch:

 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 9 persons. Large living area with foosball and air hockey tables, kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, and separate dining room. The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The living area has a sleep sofa for 2 persons. Main bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Ranch also has a washer and dryer.

The Hilltop Cottage:

 New in 2023!  Pine accents and an outstanding view of the field and hills grace this 3 Bedroom, 2-Bathroom cottage that sleeps 7 persons. Open concept Living, dining and kitchen area with dishwasher. The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, Queen size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has Queen and XL Twin size beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, TV and view of the hills. Main bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Hilltop Cottage also has a washer and dryer.

The Lodge - Unit A:

 New for 2024!  Overlook the cabins, grounds and distant hills from this 3-bedroom 2-Bathroom unit at the Lodge. Up to 7 persons can share this modern house with wood and stone accents, spacious living area, large kitchen w/dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining area. A large back deck spans the length of the house and has outside dining, making it ideal for group gatherings. A split bedroom floor plan lends to privacy when sharing the house. The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, Queen size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has Queen and XL Twin size beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The washer & dryer are off the dining area.
