Modern houses and cabins on 12 acres of space to enjoy - including grassy fields for practicing baseball, basketball hoop, swing set and 2 fire pits.

​

All units have Air Conditioning, WiFi and TVs with sports channels. We provide bed linens, towels and kitchenware. Outside, guests can relax on their covered porch or open deck and enjoy outdoor dining with a private gas grill and picnic table.

Guests are welcome to host one well-supervised team party.

Cabins 1, 2, 3 and 4:

 Beautiful chalet style cabins that sleep 7 persons with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.

​ Large kitchen with seating for 6 and dishwasher.  Master BR with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Queen size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. A sleep sofa for 2 persons is in the great room. Main bath with a tub/shower combo and stacked washer and dryer.

Glenview Cabin C: 

 New for Summer 2026!  Located next to Cabin 4. This cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabin sleeps 5 persons. It has a small kitchen and living and dining areas that seat 5. Large deck is ideal for viewing our surrounding greenery. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Full size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. Guests can use the free washer and dryer in the nearby shed.

Hilltop Cabins A and B:

 Cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabins that sleep 5 persons.  A small kitchen and living and dining areas that seat 5. Large deck is perfect for enjoying spectacular panoramic views of Double Play Cabins' grounds and the southern Mohawk Valley hills. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Full size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. Guests can use the free washers and dryers in the shed between Hilltop Cabins A and B.

Hilltop Cottage:

 Pine accents and an outstanding view of the field and hills grace this 3 Bedroom, 2-Bathroom cottage that sleeps 7 persons. Open concept Living, dining and kitchen area with dishwasher. There's a split bedroom floor plan with the living area separating the Master BR from the other bedrooms.  The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, Queen size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has Queen and XL Twin size beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, TV and view of the hills. Main bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Hilltop Cottage also has a washer and dryer.

The Lodge Combo:

 Sleeps 14 persons - Perfect for team families to share! The Lodge is a large modern house consisting of Lodge Units A and B combined as a 5-bedroom 3-bathroom rental with two levels that sleeps 14 persons. The units have separate exterior entrances and are connected by an interior stairwell. Your team will have the luxury of two full kitchens with dishwashers, multiple living and dining rooms, and space galore on both levels. The Lodge Combo also has 2 gas grills and several outside dining tables. The Upstairs and Downstairs levels are described below.

**Upstairs Level (3-BRs / 2-Baths Lodge - Unit A):
This level features wood and stone accents, spacious living area, dining area, large kitchen w/dishwasher, breakfast bar and a family room. A large back deck spans the length of the house and has outside dining, making it ideal for group gatherings. A split bedroom floor plan lends to privacy when sharing the house. This level accommodates 7 persons. The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, Queen size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The washer & dryer are off the family room area. The Lodge - Unit A has window air conditioners.

**Downstairs Level (2-BRs / 1 Bath Lodge - Unit B):
This ground floor level is modern with antique and country touches. It has tile floors throughout, high ceilings, and sliding glass doors looking out over the lush lawn and the nearby hills. The 1,200 square feet of space includes a large kitchen w/dishwasher and dining room. Tile and a claw foot tub adorn the bathroom. This level accommodates 7 persons. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. A day bed with trundle (2 twin mattresses) in the Living Room is suitable for 2 persons.  A washer and dryer are next to the bathroom. The Lodge - Unit B has air conditioning and radiant central heating.

The Ranch:

 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 9 persons. Large living area with foosball and air hockey tables, kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, and separate dining room.  On one side of the house apart from the other bedrooms, the Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The living area has a sleep sofa for 2 persons. Main bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Ranch also has a washer and dryer.
