Reservations and Payment:
The first payment of Thirty percent (30%) is due upon reservation.
The second payment of Seventy percent (70%) is due twenty-one (21) days before arrival.
Otsego County occupancy tax is in addition to the rent for stays less than a month.

One day before arrival, a credit card Hold (not a charge) of $300 is required for the Damage Deposit. The Hold is released within a week of departure if there is no damage. We highly recommend you not to use a debit card since your bank could maintain the Hold up to 14 days after we release it.

Our Sixty (60) - Day Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your payments minus Ten percent (10%) of the Rent if you cancel more than sixty (60) days before your reservation arrival date. If you cancel at or within sixty (60) days of your reservation arrival date, there is no refund unless we can re-book at the same rate. In that case, we will refund your payments minus Ten percent (10%) of the Rent.

Our Pandemic Cancellation Policy:

Due to COVID-19 or other pandemic, if travel to the Cooperstown area is prohibited by government mandates or if your baseball tournament venue cancels operations and your attendance, we will refund your payments minus seventy dollars ($70) to cover our bank payment and refund processing fees.

During the booking process, you will be prompted to review and accept our Rental Agreement.
